• I have print-ready files

Download the template for your product, check your file against the requirements below, then send it over. Files that meet the spec go straight to press with no setup fee.

  • I have artwork, but I am not sure it is ready

Upload it anyway. We will review what you send and get in touch to walk through what works, what needs adjusting, and what that would cost. Nothing is billed before you approve it.

  • I do not have artwork yet

We will design it for you. Choose Design It For Me when you order your wrap, or [order a design on its own] first if you are still deciding what you want.

Download your template

Every product we print has its own template, built to the exact dimensions of the hardware. Building on it is the difference between a wrap that lines up and one that does not.

The template is a working file. Drop your design onto it, set it up as described below, and send it back. Everything you need to place your artwork correctly is already in the file: the live area, the trim, and the margins that keep your logo and type clear of wrapped edges and hardware cutouts. You do not need to calculate any of that yourself. Build on the artwork layer and leave the guide layers in place so we can check your alignment against them.

File setup requirements

Files that meet these requirements go straight to press with no setup fee. Files that do not, we will review and quote before we touch anything.

Scale:

Build at full scale, 100% of the finished size. If your software cannot handle the dimensions, build at 50% and tell us in your notes.

Color mode:

CMYK. We print with cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink. RGB files have to be converted, and some colors shift in the conversion. Note: Our Rich Black build is C75,M68,Y67,K90.

Vector artwork:

Adobe Illustrator, EPS, or SVG. Logos and type should be vector wherever possible.

Fonts:

Outline all of your type before you send the file. This guarantees your fonts render exactly as designed on our end, whether or not we have them installed.

Photos and images:

250 DPI minimum at full scale. An image that looks sharp on screen is usually not sharp at wrap size.

Margins:

Already built into the template. Keep your artwork on the layers provided and the safe area is handled for you.

What to send:

Both the working file and a flattened PDF. The PDF shows us how it should look. The working file lets us correct placement and other small things without sending it back to you.

AI-generated artwork

You can absolutely use AI to work out a direction. It is a fast way to explore an idea before anyone starts building files, and plenty of our customers start there.

What AI tools generally cannot do is produce a file that prints well at wrap size. Most AI images are generated at screen resolution, for screens. Enlarged to cover an ATM, they go soft, blurry, or pixelated. Generated type and logos are usually the first things to fall apart.

So bring the concept, and expect the file to need work. We will review what you send and quote the cleanup or rebuild before we start anything billable, so nothing shows up on your invoice that you have not already approved.

If you would rather skip that step, send us the concept and we will build the final artwork from scratch. Choose Design It For Me when you order your wrap.

Color

We print in CMYK. Your monitor displays in RGB and it is backlit. Printed vinyl is not. Colors will vary slightly between your screen, your digital proof, and the finished piece. This is normal in large-format printing and you should plan for it.

If color matters more than that, there are two ways to take it out of question. Which one you want depends on whether you need to see the whole design or match one specific color.

CMYK proof: $25

We print your full-color file on your actual production material and mail you the physical piece. Use this when you want to see the whole design in ink before we run the job.

PMS color matching: $25 per color

For a brand color that has to be right. We match your Pantone color in CMYK as closely as the process allows, print a swatch, and mail it to you. Priced per color, per material.

How approval works

Both services end the same way. Sign and date what we send you, photograph it, and send the photo back to us. That signed piece becomes the approved color standard for your job, and we keep a duplicate here to check the run against.

Production starts once your photo is back, so send it as soon as you are happy with what you are holding. Both services involve mailing something to you and waiting for it to return, so build those days into your schedule if you are working toward a date.

Copyright and trademarks

We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without written authorization from the owner. That includes sports and team marks, character art, brand logos you do not own, and stock images licensed for personal use only.

If your concept depends on protected material, tell us what you are going for. We can usually build something original that gets at the same style or feel without the legal exposure.

Let us handle the artwork

If you would rather hand this off, we will design the wrap for you and deliver print-ready files. There are two ways to start.

Ordering a wrap now. Select Design It For Me in the artwork options on the product page and we will start your design once the order is placed.

Still deciding. Order a design on its own and we will work up your artwork before you commit to a wrap. When you are ready to print, that fee carries over and you upload the files we made using the Upload My Own Artwork option.

Either way, have this ready before you start:

  • Direction. Colors, style, messaging, and any examples you like.
  • Logos in vector format. Illustrator, EPS, or SVG.
  • Photos at 250 DPI or better at full scale.
  • Anything specific you want followed: exact text, brand guidelines, placement instructions.

Send it through the upload page or reply to your order email with the files attached or a cloud link. Once we have everything, we will have a proof back to you within 24 to 48 hours.
