Program Description

GetBranded.com ("GetBranded," "we," "us") offers an SMS text messaging program for customers who opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages about your custom sticker and decal orders and projects, including:

  • Project request and file upload confirmations
  • Proof and artwork approval updates
  • Order status, production, and shipping notifications
  • Customer support replies related to your order

We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program unless you separately and explicitly consent to them.

How to Opt In

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box next to the mobile phone number field on our Project Request / File Upload form at https://getbranded.com/pages/file-upload. The box is not pre-checked, and consent to receive text messages is optional. You do not have to agree to receive texts to submit a project request or make a purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your order and project activity.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also contact us using the details below.
