No. There is no setup or prepress fee on a print-ready file that meets the requirements on this page. If your file needs work before it can print, we quote that separately and you approve it before we start.

Usually, yes. Raster files have a fixed resolution, so they go soft when enlarged to wrap size. Edges blur and small type fills in.

Check with whoever designed your logo first. They very likely have the vector file. If nobody does, we can redraw it as vector art for a fee, and the vector is yours to keep and use elsewhere.

Design work is billed at $85 per hour. We review your file, send you an estimate, and wait for your approval before starting. Payment is due at the time of service, and the estimate includes one reasonable revision.

Updating text, swapping a logo, repositioning elements, or a similar minor adjustment. Redrawing artwork, changing the concept, or starting a new layout is new design work and gets quoted separately.

As a concept, yes. As a print file, rarely. Most AI images are generated at screen resolution and need cleanup or a rebuild before they will hold up at wrap size. We review the file and quote that work before starting it.

Yes. Outlining converts your type into shapes, so it prints exactly as you designed it whether or not we have your fonts installed. Un-outlined type either substitutes to a different font or drops out entirely, and neither one is something you want to discover on a printed wrap.

Keep an un-outlined copy for yourself before you send the file. Once type is outlined it cannot be edited, and you will want the editable version next time.

We print with cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink. An RGB file has to be converted to those four inks before it can print, and some colors shift noticeably in the conversion, particularly bright blues, greens, and oranges. Closely, but not exactly. Screens are backlit and vinyl is not, and every monitor is calibrated a little differently. If color has to be right rather than close, we offer a physical CMYK proof and PMS color matching. [Color matching and proofs]

A CMYK proof is $25 and shows you the whole design. We print your file on your production material and mail it to you, so you can see how the finished piece actually looks in ink.

PMS matching is $25 per color and targets one specific color, usually a brand color that has to be consistent everywhere it appears. We match it in CMYK as closely as the process allows and mail you a printed swatch.

Either way, you sign and date what arrives, photograph it, and send the photo back. That becomes the approved standard for your job and production starts from there.

If you want to see the design, order the proof. If you need one color to be exact, order the matching. Some jobs want both.

We will tell you before anything prints. Usually there are three ways out: find the higher-resolution original, use the image smaller in the layout, or replace it. We will walk through the options with you.

The template on this page has everything you need to design your wrap and is yours to work in. Our production files, layouts, and cut paths stay with us. Those came out of a lot of testing with the hardware manufacturers, and they are how we guarantee the fit.

Yes. Once your project is complete and paid for, we hand over the finished print-ready artwork.

Once we have everything we need, a proof comes back within 24 to 48 hours. After you approve it, production runs 3 to 5 days, then it ships.
