Return Policy for GetBranded.com:

Non-customized products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus any return shipping charges. To initiate a return, please contact sales@getbranded.com and provide your order number and the items you would like to return.

Customized products require proof of approval before production, so please make sure you are completely satisfied with your design before placing an order. Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, so please make sure you are completely satisfied with your order before finalizing your purchase.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact sales@getbranded.com immediately and we will assist you in the process of returning the item and issuing a refund or replacement.

Please be sure to check the product carefully upon delivery, as we cannot issue refunds or accept returns for products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please send the returned item(s) to the address provided by GetBranded.com team when you contact them.
